Big Ben

PIGEON PERSON

A strange fascination has recently overcome me. Pigeons. It interests me how much of my day is spend with these birds. I wonder what they're thinking.

Maybe they are vermin, rats of the sky, perhaps I shouldn't like them.

But these silver doves mean no harm, they stick together and each and every one has a little characteristic. 

mapping project

The brief was to create a folded map of london. I was interested in the creative hotspots such as galleries, cafes and art shops. The final outcome is a cutout single fold map that is held to the light.

Theres three final posters which I created focusing on tax towards: e-mail/fast food/tanning. Although slightly outrageous to some extent, I think the outcomes are pleasing with a professional potential.

Bus journey Camberwell/Peckham

Its difficult to draw on a bus, you have to pretend you are doing something else, you have to be quick, people are on and off, and the pen shifts in your hand with the breaks. As a result, I have loose,relaxed illustrations.

Australia, Chakola: the abandoned scrap yards. Colossal field of automobiles scattered across the landscape. Plants started to grow within the cars,through the windows, vines wrapping around the seats. It was interesting to see the way that nature has interfered with cars, something I feel in this case, is really beautiful.
