Golden Dust

Beautiful zooms of jewels, make-up and cd's, I found objects that I thought had a lovely glisten to them. Just a bit of playing about I guess.

'Attraction' it can't be helped.

This idea came to me today when I was washing my hands. 

Its a crude representation of physical attraction of two people.

Advertising Shoe Brand Terra Plana work, it was interesting to get to grasps with designing layouts for a brand who has certain restrictions. The brief was quite controlled.

I'm absorbed by the female form and fashion, very relaxing to draw. I checked out the Design museum gallery fashion illustrations display, The work of F. berthoud really inspired me. 14.1.11

A lovely brief, creating publication and poster for a local gallery/museum that I liked. Looking at the other leaflets the gallery I felt they looked dull. I chose these cool, fresh colours to lift up the spirit.

I Illustrated the museum, parts that explored triumph and tragedy of war. The grief, the pain, the joy, and anticipation. A Homage to the past, in such a mundane way. So that we can take time over a cup of tea to consider what our past has achieved, and how we ought to thank them. 2010
